The UK cannabis industry potential is still far from fulfilled, but has such an opportunity and potential to shift the fabric of our society in so many ways. Women entering and working in the space are bringing expertise from other fields, as well as a much-needed perspective and approach to business. Because cannabis is still in its infancy, it could easily be dominated by women leaders.
